Playoff games may have an additional 30 minutes for overtime.

This is the first (second half) of 15 constitutional amendments previously proposed.  Below are suggestions for implementation.  Its also a return from A-Rod stuff to what I had intended to be writing about at this time.

An extra 30 minutes even with my rule changes for limiting a game to two hours would probably mean only one extra inning for a baseball game.  Maybe that's about right.  Play one more inning then end the thing and play an entirely new game from scratch.  That actually seems fair rather than a long boring battle of attrition, which proves nothing.
